Please be reassured that the surgery is not closing and will continue to provide healthcare during its normal opening hours.

This is simply a change of contract holder. You do not need to take any action, as your registration will be transferred automatically to the new provider.

The current partners will work to ensure a safe and orderly transition of patients’ care to the new provider. The new provider will continue to provide the same healthcare services as normal.
