Changes to Parkwood Surgery Phone System

Dear Patients,

We wanted to inform you about an upcoming change to our phone system at Parkwood Surgery. Please take note of the following dates:

07/06/24: Hardware installation day at Parkwood.
10/06/24: Hardware installation day at our branch locations.
12/06/24: Training day for our staff.
13/06/24: Go-live date for the new phone system.
14/06/24: IT follow-up day.

While we do not anticipate any disruptions to our services during this transition, we want to apologise in advance for any inconvenience you may experience on these dates.

We are making these changes to improve our communication system and enhance your experience when contacting us. Your patience and understanding during this time are greatly appreciated.
