Parkwood Surgery have taken the decision to close our front doors. Unfortunately some patients are still visiting the surgery even though they are symptomatic and should be self-isolating so the team have made this difficult decision to protect both our staff and our patients.
We are still open but we will be using the intercom system to allow patients that have a pre-booked appointment to enter the building . All letters prescription requests etc. can be posted through our letter box.
Please use this website to contact us through the various forms that are available or contact us via the telephones if you require more urgent assistance.
The advice for all of our patients are as per the current government guidelines:
If you have a fever or a new continuous cough then you must self-isolate. If you live alone then you must isolate for 7 days. If you live with others then the current advice is for all household members to isolate for 14 days.
